Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only what a booking needs, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Booking details — name, email, phone, country, dates, guest count and any requests you send. Used to manage your stay and to contact you about it.
• Technical basics — a hashed, non-reversible fingerprint of your connection when you submit a booking, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of personal data, ever.
• No advertising trackers on this site.
• No marketing emails unless you explicitly ask to hear from us.

Where it lives

Booking data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) with access restricted to the property's management. Transactional emails (booking confirmations) are delivered by our email provider. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Bookings made elsewhere

If you book via Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or another platform, their privacy policies govern the data you give them; we receive only what's needed to host your stay.
