These terms cover bookings and stays at Palolem Heights, Plot no 110/5, Nagarcem char Rasta, near Dhillan Hospital, Palolem, Canacona, Goa 403702. By booking through this website you agree to them.

Bookings made on this website

A booking request holds your dates but is not final until we confirm it — we do that personally, within 24 hours. Payment is made at the property (cash or card) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include the room and continental breakfast; applicable taxes are collected at the property where required.

Bookings made elsewhere

Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com or MakeMyTrip are governed by that platform's terms, including cancellations and refunds. For changes to those bookings, contact the platform first.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 – 23:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance.
• Check-out: by 11:00, so rooms are ready for arriving guests.
• If you can't check in during those hours without letting us know, we may release the room (no-show).

Cancellations and changes

While a request is pending, you can cancel freely — message us with your reference. For confirmed bookings, contact us as early as you can; we handle changes personally and fairly. Declined or cancelled requests release the dates immediately.

During your stay

Treat the place like a home you like. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged. House rules (quiet hours, pool times, smoking areas) are shared at check-in.
